Replacement can be sent out if product(s) received are defected.
To be eligible for a replacement, your item must also be in the original packaging. A picture of the broken/defect items along with order number must be sent to our email at email@example.com, or LINE: powdergal.
To complete your replacement request, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Shipping cost on defected items will be reimbursed by us
